Orecchiette Pasta with Broccoli Rabe Italian Pork Sausage

Set the pot over medium heat, add some water, boil the broccoli until tender; set aside the pan from the flame.

Drain the broccoli and shift to the cutting board, and roughly cut/chopped the broccoli.

Set the pot again with broccoli-infused water over high heat; take a boil then and add a bit of salt and Orecchiette pasta.

Cook until ‘al dent – refer to the cooking time specified in pasta packet instructions. Drain the pasta.

In the meantime, set the waste frying pan over medium heat and warm half of olive oil. Place minced garlic and crispy chili oil, cook for another 2 minutes.

Break the sausage with your hands and place it in the pan. Saute and mix with a wooden spoon, breaking lumps if any; cook until browned on all sides. Now add the broccoli and leftover olive oil—Cook for additional 2 minutes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper as much your taste. Take off the pan from the flame. Place pasta and mix them well. Serve with your desired ingredients.
